Update 23rd March 2020

Please be aware following recent advice from the government that Austins Dog Grooming (both Lynsey & Karen) will be closed until further notice. We will be contacting all our customers that are currently booked in, however we are unable to rebook your appointment until we know when we are able to return. You can be rest assured that will try and fit you back in as soon as possible.

We will continuously update this page with future announcements so please keep checking going forward.

We hope you all stay safe and well and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it is safe to do so. Give those dogs an extra hug from us!

In light of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and with the schools recently closing and being someone with an underlying medical condition, I have had to take the difficult decision to cancel my upcoming appointments.

This is really not something that I wanted to do but having a young family and being someone that is at a higher risk of catching the virus I feel that this is the sensible decision to take to protect myself and my family.

I will of course keep you all updated and get back to work as soon as I possibly can. I have had nothing but kind words and just want to take this opportunity to say that I’m so grateful to you all for your loyalty and understanding in these difficult times ahead.

Stay well and i will update you all as soon as I can get back to work.

I am currently business as usual however in light of the ongoing pandemic, I am taking the appropriate action in order to keep myself and my customers as safe as possible.

Following Public Health England’s recent advice I politely ask that you wait outside the door until I am able to come and collect your dog from you. This also applies upon collecting your dog and is to ensure there is limited human contact within the salon.

I also ask that should you or any of your family be experiencing any of the known symptoms for COVID-19 that you cancel your appointment and rebook at a later date.
